For the purpose of fulfilling a contract (e.g., photo sessions, product delivery, invoicing), I store the following data:

• Contract data (e.g., date, location, type of shoot)
• Image data (photos taken as part of the assignment)

The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, I cannot conclude the contract with you.
All data from a contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the legal retention period (usually 7 years). Image data may be stored longer for documentation and marketing purposes, provided you have given your consent or no objection has been raised.
3. Data Transfer
Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except:
• To service providers necessary for contract performance (e.g., printing labs, delivery services)
• To tax consultants or legal representatives, if necessary
• When required by law
All processors are contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations.
